I was given a spotless room with with a refrigerator, great toiletries and fast WiFi. The location in a great area was convenient and there were a mall and a supermarket nearby.

The bed with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows was comfortable and the room itself was neat and attractive. The bathroom was bright, included a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I will be back🙂

staff was amazing! hotel was very clean, accomodating, and perfect for a long weekend getaway! they went above and beyond for my mom and I and the breakfast and 24/7 fresh brewed coffee were the icing on the cake for us! I would definitely stay here again!
They are in the process of renovating so the pool was closed

The staff were outstanding very helpful and polite. The room was nice clean and one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn but it will surely not be my last. Loved it.

Location to personal event
Some other guests were very rude allowing their doors to slam shut numerous times before 7 AM, then proceeding to lead a meeting with clapping and cheering in a room across the hall while others are trying to sleep next door and across the hallway. It should have been stopped immediately!

Took three times to get in our room The first room we opened the door only to see personal items scattered around on the floor, I quickly shut the door and went down to the front desk. Now she was apoligetic and gave us another room went back up to the fifth floor and the key wouldn't open the door. Went back again very apoligetic and she gave us new keys. So it took three times to get in our room. Also I know that you put sticky notes on the beds for when linen is changed and when we left I noticed our bed didn't have it, I hope all the linen was changed.

the first room 206 the comforter was lumpy, we changer rooms also because my discount was for a single room. I was bit by something (small bite)

hair dryer would not work. my husband took it to the desk, they said they would get me another one, but they did not. my husband went down the second time and again got no satisfaction. we probably will not stay there again.

the mattresses were comfortable and the duvet covers were perfect.
uses paper cups in the room instead of glass. prefer glass.

hotel called on my cell and wanted to know why we still had luggage in room.we were booked and paid for two nites and were very upset.this put a damper on the days activities with a concern about not having a room when we returned at the end of the day.
